Tej Soni is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with a passion for start-ups and a wealth of experience in international business. As the founder of izmocars Inc., he has guided the company’s growth in the US and international markets, establishing it as a pioneer in online solutions for automotive retail. Tej's expertise spans engineering and marketing, excelling in problem-solving and innovation.
In addition to his role at izmocars, Tej is the CEO of FrogData, providing advanced analytics to auto dealers, and oversees izmo subsidiaries in France and Europe. Most recently, he led the acquisition of Geronimo, now rebranded as izmocars UK, where he also serves as CEO, further expanding the company's footprint in the digital marketing space. His leadership ensures that izmocars continues to deliver cutting-edge technology and best practices to its clients worldwide.
Jackie has over 25 years of hands-on experience working globally in senior executive positions with automotive OEM’s and dealerships including some of the world leaders such as Ford, Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi. Her wealth of knowledge in understanding the challenges OEM’s face day to day, coupled with her hands on experience of working in dealerships, means her teams are always able to deliver meaningful solutions that are both cutting edge but still at the same time focused on increasing sales for the OEM together with increased profitability for dealers.

As Chief Product Officer, Nick Lawton brings over 13 years of experience in product leadership to izmocars UK. He excels in guiding products from concept to market, combining strategic thinking with technical insight. Nick has played a pivotal role in expanding Geronimo’s digital solutions across 35 countries, tailoring products to local needs and driving global product innovation. His leadership spans software development, UX, marketing, and business development, ensuring that izmocars' offerings meet the highest standards of excellence and client satisfaction.
Jodie Lawton is the Commercial and Operations Director at izmocars, a leading digital marketing agency known for transforming the performance of OEMs and dealer networks worldwide. Jodie leads the International Client Services Teams across the izmocars UK business. With a strategic vision Jodie is continually strategising to push the boundaries in all areas of client services, delivering a personalised and comprehensive full-service package across multiple cultures and countries. This is the glue that holds the 4 core key components of our programme together, making our proposition so unique in the International marketplace today. She brings a wealth of international experience to the Leadership Team, having previously worked at senior levels with some of the world’s largest blue chips such as Samsung and Apple.
